With your lot
chosen and home style selected, actual construction
begins. Ziegler Custom Homes provides you with a
general timetable so that you can follow the
progress of your new home.
The process starts with excavation, foundation and
framing. Then comes plumbing, heating, electrical
and low-voltage rough-ins. Next comes sheetrock,
cabinetry, and interior trim. Painting and staining
comes next, followed by installation of your
flooring and countertops.
The last steps involved in the process include the
final installations of your plumbing, heating,
electrical and low-voltage systems.
While all of this work is being done inside your
home, exterior items being completed include siding,
brick/stone, well and septic.
At key points during construction, you will meet
with Ziegler Custom Homes’ staff on-site for walk-thrus
and approvals. |
